Prices, Payment and Billing
Pricing
Installations
- Script installations are priced at a flat rate of $75. This includes installation of the script and one month of support to troubleshoot issues regarding the operation of the script. Customization and maintenance of scripts will be priced on a per-project basis. Please contact for more information.
Website Development and Maintenance
- Beginning at $50/hour you can have a custom created site built by professionals with over 30 years of combined experience in building quality websites that are both sticky for your surfers and will help you promote your business. If you have an off-the-shelf application that you are using we can also customize these to fit your needs.
Copy writing and/or editing
- Copy writing and editing services range from $35.00 to $75.00 per hour, depending on scope, target market, technical level, etc. Please with your requirements for a specific quote.
Marketing support
- To quote a figure for marketing support we need to know your specific requirements. With web site design and enhancement, basic keyword optimization and search engine submission are included in the base hourly rate. Full-fledged search engine optimization, advertising campaigns, etc. will be bid on a per-project basis.
eCommerce solutions
- Because building a solid eCommerce solution requires you to have backend integrated software we require a minimum of $75/hour to take on projects of this magnitude. We also understand that these projects can be as easy as plugging in an existing shopping cart to the extreme that can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars depending on your requirements. We are fully qualified in these situations to provide mediation and referrals to such vendors as are needed to accomplish your goals.
Payment
Our preferred methods of payment are PayPal or Western Union (PayPal is much less expensive for the sender). We can accept ePassporte. We gladly accept cashier's/certified checks with the understanding that work will be delayed by the amount of time required for the post office to deliver the check. We may accept personal checks by special arrangement. Other methods of payment may be available; please for more information. Thanks!
Billing
Most small projects require full payment in advance. Larger projects require 50% payment in advance with the balance due upon completion of work contracted. For custom payment plans please don't hesitate to .
Projects that do not consume the estimated hours are billed only for those hours that the BananaDragon team works.
Projects whose scope expands beyond the signed requirements document that defines the project will be billed at the appropriate hourly rate. Projects exceeding estimated hours within project scope will not be billed beyond the estimate.
Further Information
All of BananaDragon's site design and development contracts, excluding script installations, include basic maintenance to regular web pages over a six-month period, including minor updating of links and changes to website copy.
